We are an educational leadership consulting group that serves women of diverse backgrounds who are currently serving and aspire to serve in school leadership roles. Our services cater to women who currently hold an administrative position at their school and aspire to be an assistant principal, are an assistant principal aspiring to be a principal, or are seeking mentorship on ways to maintain their principalship.
