Aspiring and current school leaders work one-on-one with a professional coach who will help them accomplish their professional career goals in addition to their organizational goals. This customized coaching experience helps leaders focus on relevant areas, clarify their goals, and take the action steps necessary to achieve their desired objectives.
Sessions: 45 minutes - 2 times a month for 6 months
strategy huddle Workshop
PCK values integrity - being genuine and honest and deciding to do the right thing at all times. A strong sense of integrity is important in leadership because your team members need to know they can trust and respect what you say and what you do. They also need to know they can count on you to keep your promises.
Strategy Huddles is an intimate space guided by participants of the group and facilitated by a member of the PCK team. These dynamic coaching conversations allow a way for participants in similar stages of school leadership to come together. The topics will be centered around goal setting, leadership development, deepening awareness around key school issues, taking action, and accountability. In these engaging conversations, clients will discuss their current struggles, as well as celebrations while gaining support for growing critical leadership habits and skills alongside their peers, other coaches, and guest speakers. Team members will share progress made on current tasks and identify the next steps.
Sessions: 90 minutes - 1 time a month for 3 months
resume & interview coaching
PCK teaches clients how to engage in innovative thinking which is a crucial addition to traditional business thinking. It allows you to ask “What If?” It allows you to bring new ideas and energy to your role as leader and to solve your challenges. It also paves the way to bring more innovation into your organization.
Aspiring and current school leaders will participate in cohort group workshops focused on creating resume packages that stand out and effective ways to handle interview questions. The best approach to verbalize your strengths is to identify your personal branding message that positions you as a standout candidate. Using proven interviewing techniques, you will learn how to be prepared with strong responses to some of the toughest situations and be able to show up with confidence every step of the way.
Sessions: Four 45 minutes
lead with balance
PCK promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle - personally and professionally. Our sense of balance comes from spending our time in a way that allows us to express most or all of our core values. Balance involves making the time for the things that matter most to us and minimizing those that distract us from our highest goals.
School leaders benefit from setting up and maintaining a system of support to help them meet the many challenges of the job. Do you need supporters you can trust to discuss challenges and solicit advice? In this cohort, you will gain insights and strategies from a community strictly focused on your well-being. These sessions will offer you an opportunity to discuss your situations and scenarios with someone who understands your context.
